The Crowd team have over 50 years of combined experience designing and executing Freshers campaigns. That 50 years includes many successes but also quite a few challenges that we’ve had to overcome. Whilst the uncertainty and imperfections of live campaigns is part of what we love, we’ve come up with a few simple steps that will not only provide the underlying context for the campaign but also the blueprint of how to execute it.

WE’RE GOOD PEOPLE

We love what we do, we’re approachable and we love to have a laugh. Being friendly, kind and fair is a big part of our culture. We respect and appreciate everyone’s thoughts and ideas. We are selfless and egoless, always demonstrating humility and gratitude.



This extends to our clients too, we try to always do right by our clients, spending their budgets wisely. We don’t pull the wool over their eyes and we never lie to them. Honest and transparent, we aim to become partners, not just suppliers.

WE’RE KNOWLEDGEABLE

We understand students, we’re creative and we know our craft; we’re problem solvers and we thrive on learning from each other. We’re not suggesting that we always have to have the answers, but we stay curious, we ask the right questions and learn from our mistakes. Importantly, we invest in ourselves so we can innovate as an agency, constantly building our knowledge and expertise.

We know that great work takes time, and we do not cut corners, quality and excellence is at the heart of our work. We always work diligently and tirelessly to exceed client expectations. Ultimately, we care and we take the time to understand the brand’s we work with. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, internally and with our clients. We build trust by exceeding expectations, even when things go wrong (because they do) we fix it and find solutions - it’s all part of the fun!
