About Crowd

In a nutshell, we get our clients in front of students, whether that be on-campus, on the street or via our media planning and fulfilment team. We work with the likes of Burger King, Odeon, Qatar Airways and Malibu (and many more), bringing these brands to life, leaving a lasting memory.

The Creative team are crucial in supporting all departments, whether it's producing exhibition products, to exceptional proposals for our clients. This role also offers a great opportunity to work with and learn from our Lead Designer, whilst also being responsible for your own small projects and supporting the wider team with their design needs.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

● Supporting the Creative Lead to deliver exceptional artwork for clients and the team.

● Help produce outstanding proposals and presentations which are catered individually to our clients.

● Designing exhibition stands, marketing collateral and uniforms.

● Creating stand and campaign mock-ups.

● Working with the wider client team to organise and produce the elements needed for our campaigns.

About you…

As a Creative Assistant, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll be hungry to learn and will be someone that is willing to throw themselves into the role and learn on the go. It goes without saying, but you must be super organised, personable and creative. 

We work as one big team here at Crowd, and often all collaborate to put the clients’ best interests first, therefore you must know when to ask for help, and know how to utilise the strengths of others within the agency.

● You will need to bring creative ideas, a can-do attitude and a keen attention to detail.

● A great team player but capable of working independently when required.

● A good technical knowledge of the full Adobe Suite, Canva and Sketch Up
